User Agreement

1. Acceptance of This Agreement

This User Agreement governs your use of Vista Holidays' website, booking platform, and services (flights, tour packages, visa assistance, attestation, travel insurance, and related bookings). By enquiring about, booking, or otherwise using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.

2. Eligibility

Our services are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. Bookings made on behalf of minors or other travellers must be made by an eligible adult who takes responsibility for the accuracy of all information provided.

3. Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and current information at the time of booking, including passenger names (as per passport/ID), travel dates, contact details, and travel document details. Vista Holidays is not liable for losses arising from incorrect information supplied by you, including denied boarding, visa rejection, or ticket reissue charges caused by such errors.

4. Booking & Payment

• Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment (or the applicable advance) and issuance of confirmation by us.
• Prices quoted are subject to change until full payment is received and the booking is confirmed, due to fluctuations in supplier/airline pricing.
• You agree to pay all charges, fees, and taxes applicable to your booking, including our service charges.

5. Your Responsibilities

• Ensure your passport, visa, and other travel documents are valid and meet the requirements of your destination.
• Arrive at the airport, hotel, or appointment on time as per the itinerary shared with you.
• Comply with the rules, conditions, and policies of the airline, hotel, or other service provider associated with your booking.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to misuse our services for any fraudulent, unlawful, or unauthorized purpose, including providing false travel documents, impersonating another traveller, or attempting to circumvent supplier fare rules.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vista Holidays' liability for any claim arising from your booking is limited to the service fee paid to us for that specific booking. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including missed connections, loss of enjoyment, or visa rejection by any embassy/consulate.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Vista Holidays harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your breach of this Agreement, misuse of our services, or provision of inaccurate information.

9. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel a booking, or discontinue assistance at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or non-payment, without being liable for any resulting loss.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from this Agreement or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Thrissur, Kerala.

11. Changes to This Agreement

We may revise this Agreement at any time by posting an updated version on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
